Desert Decal specializes in a variety of graphic design services, including logo design, branding, print design, web design, and social media graphics. We work closely with our clients to create cohesive visual communications that support their brand and marketing goals.

At Desert Decal, we believe that effective design is not just about creating beautiful visuals, but also about communicating a message and telling a story. We focus on creating designs that are not only visually appealing, but also strategic and impactful in achieving our clients' goals.

The turnaround time for Desert Decal's design services varies depending on the project scope and complexity. We work closely with our clients to establish realistic deadlines and ensure timely delivery of all work. Rush services may be available for an additional fee.

Desert Decals warrants all products against defects in materials for a period of 6 months from the date of delivery. Defects include:

• Vinyl peeling, cracking, or splitting under normal use.
   
• Fading of printed graphics under standard exposure conditions.
   
• Adhesive failure not caused by surface contamination or misuse.
   

Exclusions
This warranty does not cover:

1. Damage caused by improper installation, including stretching, folding, tearing, or creasing.
    
2. Damage from applying decals to unsuitable or unprepared surfaces (dust, oils, wax, rust, etc.).
    
3. Damage from extreme weather conditions, chemical exposure, or high-pressure washing.
    
4. Normal wear and tear, cosmetic scratches, or changes in appearance due to environmental conditions.
    
5. Variations in color between digital displays and printed products.
    

Return/Replacement Process

1. Customers must notify Desert Decals in writing at SALES@DESERTDECALAZ.COM within 14 calendar days of delivery to initiate a warranty claim.
    
2. Claims must include:
    
   • Proof of purchase.
      
   • Clear photos of the defect.
      
   • Description of the conditions under which the defect occurred.
      

1. Desert Decals reserves the right to request return of the defective item for inspection before approving a replacement or refund.
    
2. If approved, Desert Decals will either:
    
   • Provide a replacement product at no cost; or
      
   • Issue a refund for the defective item only.
      

1. Shipping costs for returns are non-refundable unless the defect is confirmed under warranty.
    

Custom Orders
Due to the personalized nature of custom orders, all sales are final unless the product is defective in materials as defined above.

Limitation of Liability
Desert Decals is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the product..

Processing Times

• All orders are made to order. Please allow 3–5 business days for production before shipping.
   
• Custom orders may require additional time. We will notify you if your order will take longer than expected.
   

Shipping Methods & Rates

• We ship via USPS First Class or USPS Priority Mail depending on order size and weight.
   
• Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.
   
• Orders over $50 ship free within the continental U.S.
   

Delivery Estimates

• USPS First Class: 3–7 business days after shipment.
   
• USPS Priority Mail: 2–4 business days after shipment.
   
• Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed, as they may be affected by postal delays, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.
   

Tracking Your Order

• You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped.
   
• Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.
   

Lost or Delayed Packages

• Desert Decals is not responsible for packages once they are in the possession of the shipping carrier.
   
• If your package is lost or delayed, please contact USPS with your tracking number. We will assist where possible but cannot guarantee replacement for carrier-related issues.
   

Wrong Address Disclaimer

• Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout. Orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer are not eligible for free replacement.
   

International Shipping

• We currently ship to select countries outside the U.S. Delivery times and rates vary by location. International customers are responsible for any customs duties or taxes.
   

Order Changes & Cancellations

• Changes or cancellations must be requested within 24 hours of placing your order. Once production begins, we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations.
